Chopper on wheels

hard plastic novelty chopper tow.  Lite the fuse and fountain tubes on both sides move the chopper back and then forward and the chopper blades spin too.  Use on smooth flat surface like a driveway.  When done with the pyro part, let it cool and then remove the cardboard tubes that were the fountains and a good hard plastic toy is left to be played with for days and days.
