Rise of Power

The ONLY 3 level cake I have seen done well in a consumer product.

3 level display crackling mines to red / white and blue glitter mid level to white strobe peony top; Crackling mine to green and gold mid level with gold brocade toppling dragon eggs on top; Finale of crackling comet tails to gold willows with red, gold and blue peony.  Sadly, the video doesn't include the mines going on at the bottom.  Need a real wide lens to get it all.
